    Default You're potty

1950's Yorkshire - meaning your crazy but in a nice way, perhaps like Jules Verne when he was young. Also appears in Jeeves and Wooster.
I've tried searching for it but everyone seems to poo-poo it. Has anyone any ideas?

What sort of ideas are you looking for?
Context is important. Please provide enough for us to be able to deal effectively with your question.
Your thread title should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed.
