Laughter is the best medicine bcause a positive attitude is the best way to keep a person healthy, or so the idea goes.

Yes, indeed : it's been proven by scientists that one minute of laughter is the equivalent of half an hour of relaxation.
Laughing is cheap and easily available, it can be a very efficient substitute to gurus, analysts and medication.
