Why are you worried about speaking? Is it fear of making mistakes? The first thing to do is not to worry about mistakes and try simply to get your message across. If the listener understands what you mean, they you are communicating well. When you're learning a language it can be hard to get your message across, so the listener has to work as well to build understanding. Fluency will come with time, so don't worry about mistakes.

hey''want to be a good speaker'', may I tell you, it's normal I mean feeling afraid as you speak and I think the most important way to deal with it is to keep speaking. another way that would help is, reading out loud even if you were alone reading a story try to read it as much loud as you could...any way this what I wanted to add and good luck

Jyoti,
don't be afraid to make mistakes, they all help to make you fluent, and you'll have enough time to correct them later.
When I came to Hamburg from Scotland, I couldn't speak a word of German, but I persevered with speaking and, of course, made many mistakes, some of them were quite funny, and I had to learn to laugh with the people I was talking to.
I tell my students to attach a cheap little microphone to their computers, listen to some online videos, then repeat what they have heard. They can then play it back and listen to how it sounds.
Give it a try, you'll be surprised how good you are.
