imported air
Reading a lyrics of one song of Blondie I've come across the following expression "She's like a millionaire walking on imported air..." What does actually imported air mean in this phrase?
Thanks a lot.

Re: imported air
I think that means being extremely happy, e.g. I was walking on air when I knew I won the lottery.
Am I right?
