Be The Cat's Whiskers = bee's knees.
If somebody thinks (s)he is the cat's whiskers they have an exaggerated self-importance.

Like A Cat That' Got The Cream. The cat likes cream. so when she gets it she is happy (extremely)

Set A Cat Among The Pigeons. Imagine somebody putting a cat among the pigeons. It would ruffle the birds feathers, to coin another phrase.
If you announced that a meteor would hit the earth, the news would arouse anxiety among people.
We may say, you have set the cat among the pigeons.

Play A Cat And Mouse Game.
Have you seen a Tom and Jerry series so far?
They try to outwit each other to get an advantage or try to defeat each other.
For instance, the police and gangsters play cat and mouse games.
