Hello,
Dear Sir,
Thank you very much for your quick response. "Something to crow about" is the name of the book of idioms by S.Laflin but I could not find this book here in Tashkent. If to crow about means "to boast" then the idiom "Nothing to crow about-If something's nothing to crow about, it's not particularly good or special: does this mean "nothing is to boast"?
I have one rquest to you Sir, could you find me one Professor of English? I would have very appreciated it.
Thank you very much in advance.
Best regards,

Best regards,
Yes, you're interpretation is accurate, but the negative expression means "nothing to boast about", not "nothing is to boast".
In addition, we have the expression "to eat crow". This is what we do when we boast about something and turn out to be wrong. We don't really eat anything.
What do you mean by "find me one Professor of English"? There are a number of English teachers here. Whether or not they are "professors" is unknown to me.

Or they profess to be teachers
