as a whole, all of them mean someone is so bored that nothing could get his attention?

Think of a 50-slide Powerpoint presentation last thing on a Friday, on a hot summer afternoon when the air-conditioning has broken down.

Not exactly. It is probably the situation that he would rather be doing anything else but that he has little choice but to continue doing what he is doing. He might be at work or he might be at school and he has to be there. He would like to do something else, but he can't. (He doesn't want to get fired, for example.)

(What is boring is rather subjective. If you have seen or done the same thing several times it might be boring, but if it is new it is more likely to hold your attention.)

I can identify with that! never have a meeting of any description on a Friday afternoon.
