Smile Can we say "He can cut the mustard."?

I know that the idiom "can't cut the mustard" means that someone is unable to to something well. But can it be used in a positive sense as in "He can cut the mustard."? Thank u.

Yes, it can. Try a google search for "cuts the mustard" and you'll find examples.
