Post Meaning

Hello, my name is Carolina. I´m not sure if my questions should be in this forum, but I thought that it was the most suitable, sorry if I´m wrong.

I´d like to know the meaning of "Compensation Culture", it is the title of a chapter that I´m reading, by the way, the book is about taboos and issues.

I have another question about other issue from the book, which is called "Old Enough to be her grandfather", I don´t understand the meaning of this phrase: "I´m all for..." it is the begining of a phrase used to express how far somebody agrees or disagrees with the importance of the age into a relationships.

Thanks in advance

Default Re: Meaning

Here is an article on compensation culture - if you do a search you will find lots more

BBC NEWS | Business | UK compensation culture 'a myth'

I'm all for means I support something very much.

'I'm all for that' is an expression used in reply to, perhaps, a suggestion that you particularly like.

Shall we go swimming? - 'I'm all for that!
