What about, morally pretentious; pompous?

What may not be hypocricy
"Do as I say and not as I do" is not a false representation of one's own true feelings or beliefs (including moral beliefs). It is the belief that one is above or otherwise not subject to the same rules they apply to others." Read more here...

Welcome.

Superior, and not in an affected way.

It is usually said in jest by someone of a higher rank, or higher position at work, or more importantly in all seriousness by a parent. But all the same, it is final, no arguments.

When a parent is trying to get a child to do something the child will often protest and say but you are always....The parent holds up the hand and says, I am your mother (sexist), do as I say not as I do... but what about...when you have your own children you can do it your way, thank you. End of conversation

Hope that helps.
