Sorry about a bit vulgar words , but i am in dire need of knowing its meaning.

This is context:

Reporter interviewing a famous actor:

- All right, now, how do I put this? Ehm, have you ever pulled a rabbit
out of your ass?
-Okay. You don't pull no punches, man, do you? (laughing)

A ruder way of saying "have you ever pulled a rabbit out of a hat" - magicians pull rabbits out of hats, so metaphorically it means producing something out of nothing.

Yeah, that makes sense... But on the other hand, how should I translate it to my native language. If you just swap the phrases, then it would be "Have you ever created something out of nothing"... and the answer "you don't pull no punches" is somewhat exaggerated, isn't it?

Do not translate it as an idiom. It's not an idiom in that context.

In the context you provided it doesn't mean to produce something out of thin air. That's the figurative meaning. The meaning you want it the literal meaning - its true meaning: to pull an actual animal out of an actual body part. There is NO figurative meaning at all. It's literal.
