A ruder way of saying "have you ever pulled a rabbit out of a hat" - magicians pull rabbits out of hats, so metaphorically it means producing something out of nothing.
Sorry about a bit vulgar words, but i am in dire need of knowing its meaning.
This is context:
Reporter interviewing a famous actor:
- All right, now, how do I put this? Ehm, have you ever pulled a rabbit
out of your ass?
-Okay. You don't pull no punches, man, do you? (laughing)

yeah Anglika is right. pulling a rabbit from somebody's ass is basically producing something out of nothing.
I think it means to creat something new

It depends upon whom the actor was.
Yeah, that makes sense... But on the other hand, how should I translate it to my native language. If you just swap the phrases, then it would be "Have you ever created something out of nothing"... and the answer "you don't pull no punches" is somewhat exaggerated, isn't it?
Sorry for including this, but i need to know what the rabbit could actually be translated as:
R : Reporter
A : Actor
All right, now, how do I put this?
R:Have you ever pulled a rabbit
out of your ass?
A:Okay. You don't pull no punches,
man, do you?
{ someone comes in and interrputs the dialogue, then leaves}
A: So, what were you saying?
R: What's up..? What's up
with the Man Tits thing, man?
A: Bill, like, discovered me.
A: Yeah. I was living in my car, man.
A: No shit.
A: And... And then I did this thing...
A: All right.
A: Between you and me, all right?
A: I... I made this tape, you know?
A: Like, a j**k-off tape.
A: All right? So my agent, Bill, was, like,
half a f*g to begin with.
A: Turns out he knows some cat
who knows a dude that made a tape.
A: So he turns Bill on to me.
A: Next thing you know...
A: ...I'm a f***ing movie star.
- A:F***ing great, right?
- R:You made a porn tape?
A: No, no, no, it's stupid. It's just me
standing there punching the clown.
A: Choking the bishop. The guy had me
in a straw hat and shit...
A:...with a mullet wig and overalls.
A: Abe-Lincoln-type beard.
A: Yeah, that was it.
A: That was my first starring role.
A:I'm not kidding you. You know, I mean,
that's the real rabbit story, man.
A: You know how s**t
gets changed around.
A: One dude says something to another
dude: This, that, the other thing.
A: Before you know it,
I'm pulling a rabbit out of my ass.
R:Why?
A: I don't know, I guess that's what
people are into. F*** if I know.
Translate it literally, word for word. The reporter asks the question because of a rumor going around about a 'rabbit story': that he (the actor, a porn star) had actually pulled a rabbit out of his butt. That's why the actor replies, "You don't pull no punches, man, do you?" Pull no punches means, to deal with something honestly without hiding anything.
Do not translate it as an idiom. It's not an idiom in that context.
In the context you provided it doesn't mean to produce something out of thin air. That's the figurative meaning. The meaning you want it the literal meaning - its true meaning: to pull an actual animal out of an actual body part. There is NO figurative meaning at all. It's literal.

I knew there was a Richard Gere joke just waiting to happen somewhere in this thread.
