Please, can anybody tell me what "You would!" means?

A: It has been a great day today. And we had the finest fish on dinner.
B: I hate fish. (B didn`t like that day at all, he was annoyed)
    A: You would!

It means something along the lines of 'It doesn't surprise me that you feel this way'. We say it when someone is being awkward or choosy.

This use of "you would" is sarcastic. There is an intended disapproval of the action/opinion to which "you would" is directed. In this scenario it sounds as if B was in a bad mood and would have said he hated anything that A offered. So A responded with "you would".
