Default It keeps me going

Hi Group,

What is the difference between "keep going" and "it keeps me going". Keep going means "go on" and it keeps me going means "encourage, cheer on or cheer up", right? can you give me some examples to understand the whole idea.

Thanks in advance,
Antonio.

Coffee keeps me going when I'm tired.
Keep going past the station and the bank is at the end on the right.
