The expression I know is: have no truck with something or someone = to refuse to become involved with something or someone because you do not approve of them

This is the usage I've met too. But there's also the expression "carry no weight" ("his arguments carry no weight" [=have no force]), and - judging from the other posts - in some parts of the world the two expressions seem to have been conflated. If I heard a non-British English-speaker using 'carries no truck', I'd conclude that it was part of their language; but if I heard a British-English-speaker use it I'd assume that they had simply started off saying one idiom and got de-railed.
