Default Britain's most utterly polite and conservative phrases

Folks,

am preparing a list of the most incredible, utterly polite and truly overly British sounding expressions, phrases, idioms and words...

Please reply to this topic and add your own phrases to keep the list growing... I will post the complete list for everybody nicely arranged later!

So, here's the start:

"I am utterly devoted"
"With particular delightment"
"utmost"
"henceforth"

Now it's your turn! Let us make Prince Charles be proud of this list!

thx for your help
Jens, Hamburg, Germany

Nice idea - I'll try to think of some.

Pardon me for interrupting, but I hardly think that fits in this list. <grin>
