Default English is so hard...

English is my second language and I find it hard to use it for communication at work. I always admire the people who can speak it fluently. I've been trying hard to speak and hopefully one day I can become a fluent English speaker. Is there any tips for me? Please advice. Thanks in advance!

I think there's no other way than to put your English into the test. Practice daily!!! Speak, read and write in English as often as you can.
