Default soul on fire

Hi,

1) The most powerful weapon on earth is the human soul on fire.

Is the human soul on fire a strong feeling to achieve things in life? like a desire?

2) Title says "Road Warriors of a different kind."

If the road warrior is not a wireless guy who uses computers, mobile phones, pagers etc in a place other than their home or office (per dicitionary), what else can it be?

What is the meaning of the above title?

Tks,
