I have read above word in a website .It is used in describing some ones personality.
"On the go" describes someone who always seems to be in motion - they are either busy at work, or on their way to an appointment, or rushing out to pick up their children at soccer practice. Someone who seems to be constantly busy and never at rest.
I'm on the go = I'm busy
I'm on the go = I fall into decay???
