quick question - one idiom issue
Hi guys,
There is a certain English idiom that decribes a situation when someone complains to wrong person - they still weep on wrong grave(?)
????
I knew it but slipped my mind. Help me crack this issue.

suggest me or sort out mine problem is that right :-
Stupid is as stupid does.
A line from the movie Forrest Gump.
I don't know what that means. Does it have a meaning or is it just a nonsensical phrase?
