means: I can't rely on you to make all my hopes come true.

I can't pin my faith on you
does not have a clear meaning.

'I am in the pink' does mean you feel good, not necessarily that you are in good health.

Sorry I wasn't clear. By 'handshaking' I think you mean the little 'thumbs up' picture - '' ; it means 'OK/that's right/well done'; 'b' is just my signature.
