It's not formal, and it may be thought a bit old-fashioned; but you've got the sense right.

<My sweet and respected teachers> What does 'handshaking mean' And what does 'b' mean? I don't care if it is old-fashioned or not.I write these sentences in chat room to impress people. I just want the sentence to be correct.

Please provide sentences for handshaking and "b". There are too many meanings to tell you what you want to know.

I can't pin all my hopes on you
means: I can't rely on you to make all my hopes come true.

I can't pin my faith on you
does not have a clear meaning.

'I am in the pink' does mean you feel good, not necessarily that you are in good health.

L.O.L. 'pin all your hopes on sb/sth' and 'pin your faith on sb/sth' have the same meanings

Sorry I wasn't clear. By 'handshaking' I think you mean the little 'thumbs up' picture - '' ; it means 'OK/that's right/well done'; 'b' is just my signature.
