I want to know if there is a usage of this word (Stay in your toast) or not, I heard this many time from teenagers people. Can any one tell about it whether it exist or not.

are you sure it isnt 'stay on your toes'. this means to stay alert or aware.

Could be,,
I will tell you the story when the first time I heard it.
When I was in a class, always one of our classmate interrupt our teacher with her questions. Another student some times answer her question, and end his talking with that say.

I thought it means stay calm or don't interrupt, also stay alert or aware make sense to me in that situation.
