Default exile

Hi! Can an exile be carried out? Or is it a noun that can't be used with verbs in such a way?

There is a verb, 'to exile'. 'Napoleon was exiled to Saint Helena', for example.

Heh, I know it is )))) But I'm interested exactly in a noun "exile" and "carried out". Is the frase "His exile to madhouse is carried out." correct?
