Chuck it down

In the Bob Marley's song "Bad Boy" he used the idioms " Chuck it down............" and what he try to say with expression, please help me as I would like to use this song in my English class.

Jamaican English may have different idioms, but chuck generally means throw, so chuck it down means to drop something quickly, as in a gun or other hot potato.
