i found this in 'Bleach 355'
(just so you know.. that man on the 2nd line was wearin a hat, not umbrella)The way you keep dodging my attacks without losing your umbrella or mussing your kimono
well i kinda know what the whole of it means but just wonder what 'losing your umbrella' is so I search in google and found a lot of page that uses some kind of this 'metaphor' or whatever it is
so please someone tell me whatever it is
oh, and THANKS A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Could it be in a reference to a Japanese woman? They wear kimono and carry an umbrella to keep the sun from tanning their skin. Is he calling his opponent a "girl", a weakling?
er no i don't think so.. i think what he meant was his opponent can dodge his attack so easily that he didnt even 'mussing your kimono' or 'losing your umbrella' which probably means 'able to stay calm and ..' ah i dont know the word :'( well anyway i'm asking here to find out if i was right or not :) so please share your knowledge... and thx a lot =D
oh im sorry! forgot to tell ya >_< yes. All Death God in Bleach (The name of this cartoon) wears kimono. :) It's their uniform.
[[[ Oh by the way i saw this page
Umbrella Coverage - umbrella coverage, umbrella policy, auto insurance coverage
Maybe It's got anything to do with this -_- I just don't know.. So let's stick to the former question! ^_^ ]]]
An umbrella is the type of thing that is easily forgotten. If it stops raining, you forget you had one and leave it behind.
A person who is very aware of everything, is not distracted, etc. would never lose his umbrella.
