Not in general usage. They may occur within the jargon of some obscure group of people.

Since none of those are English words, they aren't used.

They do appear to exist, but they are very obscure and I can't say that I have ever come across any of them before.

Re: do you still use the following words in english?
I have never personally used any of those words. If you would like to use them, feel free, but you may have to explain yourself as they are so obscure. While there is an astronomical number of words in the English language, only a small percentage are actually used. I would wager that many English-speakers, particularly Americans, are hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobic, meaning they have a fear of long words. If you want to sound fluent, simplify. Here are some suggestions of alternate words you may want to substitute in conversation.
magophony: massacre, maybe assassination
eicastic: imitative
pugnastics: boxing abilities
sinapistic: with mustard
mingent: urinating
pigritude: laziness, slothfulness

I have really never heard them words. My high school English teacher has never said them. Spo really I am not really that sure.
