'To send Sb up' the same as 'To take Sb off'?

Could anyone please tell me if the two phrasal verbs mean the same?

(How about 'take the mickey out of someone'?)

They're similar, but take off is imitating, while sending up can be broader- just laughing at the way they do things without necessarily imitating theM imo.
