Default Collocations

Apart from dictionaries which give collocation in separate examples in many entries , could any one recommend an online source dealing with the subject thoroughly, as this site does for phrasal verbs for example. Phrasal Verb Demon. Complete guide to phrasal verbs

Phrasal Verbs- you'll find a lot more here: http://www.usingenglish.com/reference/phrasal-verbs/

With collocations, there are simply so many that it is impossible to create a simple list of them. One very good soruce is [DAVIES] Variation in English Words and Phrases (VIEW) - type in a word or phrase and it searches the British National Corpus and give examples, which will show common collocations straight away.
