there is no rule for phrasal verbs

u have to memorize them

u can memorize them before u go to bed

& review what u memorized after waking up the next day

this may help

You know what you could do?
Write all the phrasal verbs you wanna learn, print them and stick them on your bedroom's wall. So that, everytime you pass by it, you'll see the phrasal verbs and will memorize them! Or you could stick them on you bedroom's roof, which is a way to learn before sleeping!
