Hi!
Please, can somebody explain what 101 exactly mean in phrase such as How to be Witty 101, How to be Irresistible 101...etc.
Probably it`s silly question, but i really want to know

Welcome to the forums.

Some background to your question might give us an idea. However, it seems to me that you have a partial book title: Does Anything Eat Wasps?: And 101 Other Unsettling, Witty Answers to Questions You Never Thought You Wanted to Ask

The Urban Dictionary suggests :

Introduction, basics

Which makes sense in relation to your titles.

An introductory college course is usually labeled "Physics 101" or "Economics 101", etc. It is the first course required before you can take more advanced Physics or Economics courses, which might then be labeled "Physics 102" or "Physics 201."

College graduates tend to carry this nomenclature over to civilian life. For example if someone is rude to you , you might say "Did you take Politeness 101?" - this would mean that the person knows nothing about being polite because he hasn't learned the compulsory prerequisite.
