I work on my diploma "Substantivized phrasal verbs" and I would like to know what should I focus on in this subject matter. Thx for your advice.
Substantivized phrasal verbs (focus on V+preposition form) are those which became nouns by forms of word-formation (back-formation), e.g. to break down / a breakdown.
What's the exact title?
The title is "Substantivized phrasal verbs of V+prep type, corpus based analysis.
I have already collected some examples and now trying to work out some hypothesis of my research .
I would welcome any idea on this subject matter.....thank you.
