All this combined words are kind of adjectives that are with the plural noun acts.

Please could you give me some idea about what are they meaning?

The list

1) mutton-headed__________ no clue
2) crack-brained____________maddening?
3) slack-jawed______________dumbing?
4) crosseyed______________unusual, odd?
5) granite-skulled___________petrifying?

......acts of depraved lunacy....

The character is trying to describe a wild night full of battles against dog-monsters trained by hillmen later repeated in a barn full of cows and sheeps.

Please, any idea very appreciated.

All but number four indicate lack of intelligence. I am not aware of any idiomatic meaning of cross-eyed.

They all mean stupid #

Mutton-headed - as many brains as a dead sheep
crack-brained - the brain is obviously damaged so it is not working
cross-eyed - derives from a belief that someone with crossed eyes must be an idiot
slack-jawed - in some conditions of brain damage, muscle tone goes so the jaw hangs down
granite-skulled - the skull is so thick that no reasonable thought can enter or leave it

cross-eyed = marked by or affected with a squint: squint-eyed
