questions
Hello everyone,
Iīm doing a CELTA course at the moment..I feel a bit swamped at times but hey: what can you do?
I have to give a 10 minute presentation next week about the form and use of questions like: Nobody likes being wrong, do they?
Iīm brilliant at this, arenīt I? Somebodyīs got to do it, havenīt they?
Iīve looked on the net but I canīt find anything. I donīt know how to describe the use and the form..
Could someone help me? What do these type of questions come under?

You might think I am being deliberately uncooperative here, but part of the point of this work on the CELTA course is to get you thinking. The work of trying to find out an answer, or coming up with one by yourself, is a valuable process. You will almost certainly come up with something, and that process will in itself have helped you. Even if your presentation is not very good, the feedback from your fellow trainees and the trainer will assist you in preparing for your next task.
If contributors to this thread do the work for you, you will lose out on all that.
