I'm a new ESL Tutor, looking for ways to teach my student the difference between he/him, they/them etc. And then there's adding in possessives: his, theirs! We practice in conversation and writing, just wondering if there are creative ideas out there. Thanks.
Are there speakers from languages with very different ways of handling pronouns?
I'd suggest identifying the active agent and the passive observer in sentences. Subjects and objects. Then they will get it.
