Any class observation checklist please?

Hi there,

Is there any site where I can get some EFL/ESL classroom observation checklists/schemes? I hear there are such checklists (by British Council, for example) including criteria based on the latest methodologies against which teachers' class work can be evaluated. I'd appreciate it if anyone could help me with this.

Plus, how are typical English classes in private institutes observed in other countries? (In this case all classes, for educational purposes, have CCTV cameras installed, and the observation is carried out indirectly.)
