Default On-line Teaching

I'm wondering how you do on-line teaching?
I hope there are on-line teachers who could tell me how they do this.

* How long do you have the class in one session?
* What do you teach your student in one day?
* Are you specific about them learning the grammar rules or do you simply give corrections to their errors?
* How about the mode of payment? How do you do it?
* Could you please me more tips on teaching on-line?

The first problem is how you get your students. I teach academic writing over the net- I don't do fixed times and not necessarily every day. I don't simply correct- I often record comments over a piece of their writing, then meet online and discuss the points via VOIP or messenger. However, it is not always easy to find students- I have noticed that a number of sites that went up offering online lessons have gone down; contacts are the most useful IMO.

So did you find your students, Tdol?
How long do you handle a class? and what do you do in each class?
