Question Resource file for teachers

Hello, I'm taking a EFL training course, and I heard about an article published in "English Teaching Forum" in April 1990. The article tile is "All for one and One for all: Making and maintaining a Resource File for Teachers" by Keith Maurice; Wannipha Rattanapinyowong and Ruangsook Vajanabukka. Does anyone have seen or heard about it. Does anyone can help me find it. I've been looking through the internet with no positive results. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks
