Resources help for a trainee teacher

I'm in the middle of my CELTA and need to plan a lesson for adult elementary of feelings, emotions and advice.
e.g. How are you? I'm nervous etc.
I get nervous before exams etc.
Any advice regearding resources, games, etc. ?
