I've never heard of those. The only phrase I can think of that starts with that is: to get under somebody's skin, meaning to annoy them.

Or maybe to get under somebody's feet, meaning to get in their way.

Hmmm. I have never heard these used as expressions.

You could "work out" someone's intentions - this means that you infer or guess what is going on.

When I saw the knife in his hand, it was easy to work out his intentions.

You could understand someone's beliefs. You could also undermine someone's beliefs.

Proving that there were aliens in Roswell undermined her belief that the government always told the truth.

You could rock someone's world - give them a huge shock

The death of his pet rabbit rocked his world. He suddenly understood that nothing was forever.
