The correct one is:
"I never go there".
 
Well, 92% of those who have voted (so far) have gotten it right. ("I go there never" is not an English sentence.)

we can use inversion to emphasize the meaning:
Never do I go there.
 
I never go there.
But,
we can use inversion to emphasize the meaning:
Never do I go there.

That's not natural in American English.
