Is there any idiom or better sentence than that in bold letters?

I can't immediately think of any relevant idioms. I would probably express it as "I won't tell you anything about [blah blah] just now; I'll keep it as a surprise".

You could say... because it would spoil the surprise.

:up: - 'spoil' collocates much better with 'surprise'. Another possibility is to rewrite the sentence, using the expression 'keep it as a surprise'.
