Motivational letter

hi, I have been temporary employed by a mining company as a data capturer and would like to write a convincing letter to ask if the company can give me some sort of bursary and pay for my tuition to study I.T at a local institution over here in Namibia and while i study i would like to help the company's I.T department in the process without any salary or wages because i have major financial difficulties and cant afford to pay for my own tuition fees. can you please assist me on writing this letter?
