Hi all , i wrote this letter yesterday and i did not know it's correct or know
can anybody help me to check it ?

I've studied your proposal and we Should explain about accounting system , as you know accounting system Because of financial operations must always be online and if your company use the semi offline system face to complex problem in the future ,therefore we suggest the web base system and you can work by smart phone and PC via browser .
Although in the proposal some of the detail is not clear , for example :

1. How you sale and buy ?
2. What’s your product and service ?

On the whole if you are agree with us about using web base software instead of different platform OS inform us and we will hold a meeting about detail of program and after that we estimate price and time of project .
