What grade are you hoping to achieve? I would honestly recommend holding back on doing the exam as you need to work on some basic writing skills. For instance, take a look at this:

in their lifes which needs special possibilities available almost always their.

There are two words that need changing here, and the whole thing needs rephrasing.

Just out of interest Tdol, what are the disadvantages of doing an IELTS test at this level of competency? At least you'd get the experience, some feedback (if only as a score), and some incentive to put more effort into it for next time.

I suppose it depends whether one can afford to pay for an exam one is going to fail.

"There's no pass or fail in IELTS. Rather, all test results are reported on a clear 9-band scale (from 1, the lowest, to 9, the highest). You will receive an overall bandscore, as well as individual scores for each test component - Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking."

Failure is subjective in this case - or dependent on what score the examinee wants or needs for a certain purpose. So is the cost the only disadvantage?

Most people who take it are taking it for a purpose and intend to get a certain grade, say 6.5/7.0 or whatever they need to get for a course, which is the purpose of the exam. In the OP's case, the writing will require quite a bit of work to get up to standards required to achieve the grade required for that. There is no failure, but higher grades are normally asked for.
