My officer who lives in foreign country sent an email that he'll come to me next week and want to discuss something with me.
Actually, we have to go a trip together after next week.
I want to reply I'm ready to discuss with him whether in the next week or during the trip.
I also want to let him know I prefer that we should discuss during the trip because we have many free time in this trip.

How should I write? Please give some hints or some example to write this email.
Thanks.

Keep it short and simple. For example, "I'll be delighted to talk about anything, and there will be plenty of time during our trip." I'm not familiar with current conditions in Myanmar, so I must leave it to your discretion whether to add a "Sir" to that.
