Hope you don't mind me greeting you, days before your B'day. Just wanted to beat everyone to the punch by being the first one to say it... Happy B'day!

I'll be sending my friend a gift, as it's her B'day. She might receive it in advance, so I'm thinking of attaching the above message along with it.

Are the above sentences right? Is there a better way of putting it?

Welcome to the forums, Scenic.

You need to write 'birthday' in full.

It only needs to be capitalised in the standard greeting 'Happy Birthday!'

I am not a teacher.

I thought it was an alternative spelling for bidet, but it didn't seem to make sense.

Keeping as close to your words as possible:
I hope you don't mind my greeting days before your birthday. I just wanted to beat everyone to the punch by being the first one to say it: Happy Birthday!

If you don't mind having your original message changed, I would say something like "Hope you don't mind it being early but I wanted to be the first to wish you a happy birthday".
