I wonder when it is a mistake to say 'big' or 'large' when talking about parts of body. For example a student wrote: His feet were large,
or His hands were large/big

And when talking about the waist is it possible to say that it is tiny or just small? Is it possible to say wide?

or His hands were large/big. "Big" and "large" are both OK.

And when talking about the waist is it possible to say that it is tiny or just small? Both are correct. Is it possible to say wide? Yes.
