Could you tell me whether this is a mistake? Buying extra 50 computers, in my opinion.

ungrammatical
Could you clarify why would it be ungrammatical.

In case of the indefinite article here, I admit that it is possible. If I'm not mistaken, this will be a case of ellipsis.

But why we can't omit the article here.

We just buy 50 more computers.

But Why we can't omit the article here? Don't try to start a sentence with "but".

We just buy 50 more computers.
The use of the word "extra" is what means it requires an article.

We need fifty more computers.
We need an extra fifty computers.

Questions need inversion, and a question mark.

I don't know if there's a rule or principle but when you say you need "extra 50 computers", an article is needed before "extra", as #4 says. You need "an" if you're talking in general and "the" if you're referring to 50 computers that you'd already mentioned or that the other person knows about.

If I'm not mistaken, from the task we can't make a conclusion whether it is new informatin or not.

Somebody may just have suggested buying more computers.
Or they may have already been discussing this option.

Who knows.

Somebody may just have suggested buying more computers no full stop here or they may have already been discussing this option.

Who knows?
For it to be an item on the agenda, it must have been put forward by at least one member of the committee. Items don't just magically appear on an agenda for a meeting.
