Is it grammatically correct to say,

Can we connect to discuss this matter?

meaning have a meeting to discuss the issue.

No, why say "connect" when you mean "have a meeting"? "Connect" means nothing.

Is it grammatically correct to say no comma here "Can we connect to discuss this matter?", meaning "have a meeting to discuss the issue"?

Please note my corrections above. Don't try to spread a single sentence across three lines. It doesn't work.

It wouldn't surprise me to find that "connect" is used in business-speak to mean "get together" or "have a meeting (online or in person)". However, since you made it clear that you want it to mean "have a meeting", that's what you should say.

But is it considered grammatical?

It's grammatical but don't you think it's equally important for your listener/reader to know what you mean?

Connect in this context means communicate one-to-one, usually in person or by phone or other medium.

Yes, what I meant was - why be vague and say "communicate" when one intends to have a face-to-face meeting?
