It isn't the company that is closed, but the business it used to carry on. Try "business closed". If the closure is permanent, say so. If it is temporary, give an estimate of the re-opening date.

In the UK, if a business closes forever, we say it "ceased trading on [date]".

Would these 2 sentences be fine?

ABC Company has ceased trading on [date] permanently.

Business operation will cease on xxx (date).

"Trading" and "operation" of a business are two different things.

Don't use the present perfect with a timeline (on [date]).

Bonzo Inc permanently ceased trading on 7th November, 2021.
Bonzo Inc has permanently ceased trading.
