Dear All,
The Management has decided to close for the forthcoming 2022 Chinese New Year (CNY) from 31st Jan 2022 (Monday) to 4 Feb 2022 (Friday).
As in the past practice, a half-day off on 31st Jan 2022 (Eve of CNY) will be granted to all staff, with the other half-day deducted from your annual leave.
In addition, 2 days of your leaves shall be deducted for 3 & 4 Feb 2022. We will deduct from your off-in-lieu first if you still have balance.
No leave submission is required for the above leaves. HR will deduct 2½ days of leave from everybody’s annual leave.
Please inform your customers/suppliers in advance of our 2022 CNY arrangements and convey the contents of this circular to your subordinates and co-workers.
